The meeting will be held on 20th February 2016 at 10.30m in Bentley Hotel, 19 High Road, Motherwell ML1 3HU. Tea/Coffee and morning rolls will be available from 9.30am
A meal will be provided after the meeting and there will also be access to a bar where members are invited to enjoy a more relaxed area to chat with stewards and branch officers.
It is imperative to the democracy of our branch that we have as many members as possible at the meeting. Difficult times are ahead for us all and we need to pull together and be as involved in branch business as we possibly can.
If you wish to submit a motion to the AGM you should write to Alan Love, Branch Chairperson, at the branch address no later than 12th February 2016 with the exact wording of the motion that you wish to be considered and any supporting paperwork (if appropriate).
