Since our last post asking for those who are affected to contact us, we have been in contact with NLC and have been taking legal advice from UNISON. Whilst talks with the Council are cordial they have not been successful, and we are issuing letters by 1st class post tonight updating you on our position.
Enclosed with our letter is a letter addressed to Ellen Doherty and you should complete this letter as we instruct and send a copy to Ellen at Kildonan Street (address is on the letter), and a COPY to us so that we can hold it for any future action we may need to take.
We have enclosed a return envelope for the copy for us but you will need to send the letter for Ellen on your own.
Hopefully all will be clear when you get the letter, if not please contact the branch for further advice.
