As you know, as a result of the Council admission at Employment Tribunal that your job evaluation scores could not be relied upon, we lodged a group grievance to have your jobs re-evaluated as soon as possible in an open and transparent way.
The Council has upheld the grievance without a hearing and today met with us to discuss how the jobs will be reassessed, who will assess them and how long the project will last.
We advised the Council of our position on every aspect of the issue and they will come back to us to agree a way forward.
