The NLC interim homeworking scheme has gone live. Members who have been designated as Homeworkers or Agile Homeworkers by their manager will be sent a Variation to Contract. This changes only the workplace element of your employment contract and is temporary until March 2021.
NLC consulted all three trade unions on the scheme. There will be further consultation on Homeworking Scheme that will replace this one and there will be wider consultation with members at that time.
We have asked NLC to look again at issues that pool car users have raised
