JTU Stewards were at a meeting last Thursday where Management stated that they had expected the change over to take place the in schools W/B 24th October but, as the VRS information has still not come back yet from Strathclyde Pensions, they don’t know when the redeployments will take place now.
We have been assured that once management have everything finalised, the employees that have to be redeployed, will be invited to a meeting in Klldonan Street and it’s only at that point that they will be given a copy of the vacancy list. Staff will continue to work in their present school until they are told otherwise.
