The result of our ballot has been confirmed by the Electoral Reform Service:-
Do you accept the new Pay and Grading model and Term Time Calculator proposed by North Lanarkshire Council?
Yes – 83.45%
No – 16.54
Ineligible returns – 0.01%
In light of the above we have written to the Council to confirm our members acceptance. We now await NLC confirming the overall position from all three trade unions.
