Council have announced that there will be no TUPE transfer of home support workers, meaning that the privatisation of home care will NOT now go ahead. this is a huge victory for home support members who tirelessly campaigned against privatisation of the service. This result shows what standing together and campaigning can achieve. Congratulations to everyone involved!
