EARLY LEARNING GRADING STRUCTURE
As you may know, UNISON held an Early Learning members meeting on 11 June 2015.
Once again, the issue of the supervisory/managerial structure within the service was raised by members. UNISON has consistently raised this issue with you at our regular meetings and had expected to receive news that a report would be prepared for the June committees.
Our members have made it clear that this is an issue that they expect to be resolved and as such I would urge you to put plans in action as soon as possible to meet with UNISON to address this issue and allow us to consult with our members on your proposals.
