Ballot on proposed Pay Model, Job Evaluation Scheme, and changes to Terms and Conditions.
As you know, the above ballot closed today at 12 O’Clock.
The result was:-
54.7% For
45.3% Against
As such we have notified NLL that our members accept their proposals. A further update will be provided when they advise how they wish to proceed.
